Profile Setup Instructions

1. You must have registered with the organization. The register link can be found at the bottom right hand corner of the home page.

2. You must have paid your membership dues. If you have not done this please contact Angie Chen at chen218@purdue.edu to setup a time and place to meet her.

3. Log In to the Word Press portal via the “Log In” link at the bottom right hand corner of the home page. Once you log in you will enter the “Portal” side of the page.

4. From the top left corner of the portal, Select Posts > Add New

5. On the right hand side of the of the portal under “Categories”, check the “Profile” box. This will generate a form to complete.

6. In the upper box type your full name. This is the “Title” of your profile. (See Screen Shot, Green Circle)

7. Leave the box below blank. (See Screen Shot, Red Circle)

8. Complete the Form (See Screen Shot, Yellow Circle)

9. To Upload your resume, select the “Star icon directly underneath the Resume field:

10. Make sure you are in the “From Computer” tab, click select files, navigate to your resume, and click “Open”

11. Change the Title field to “Your Full Name’s” Resume.

12. Click the “File URL” button.

13. Click the “Insert into Post” button.

14. Once you have filled out all of your profile information, click the “Publish” button located in the upper right hand portion of the portal. You may return to you profile to edit it at any time.
